Is it expensive?
No. Our system uses normal national phone numbers and ordinary text messages. There is no premium surcharge. Your text message will be charged by your mobile operator like any other text message. Find out more.How long does it take?
In normal circumstances your mobile phone operator will dispatch your order message to our system within about 5 seconds. Our system then takes another 3-5 seconds to deliver your order to the staff behind the bar.Our system confirms every successful order with a reply message, as soon as the order has been delivered.
Please be aware though that sometimes your mobile phone operator can experience high load or technical problems and might therefore delay the delivery of your message for a little while. This is outside our control.
If you don't receive a confirmation message within 10 minutes, please contact the bar staff.
