Your use of the Qvolution ordering system ("the system") is subject to the terms layed out in this document.

Basics

Orders through our system are legally binding. You must pay for every order.

You must only send orders from your table and for your table in the venue.

You must be present at your table in the venue at the time of placing the order and until the goods have been delivered to your table and you have settled the bill.

You must send orders from your own mobile phone only.

Data

We record your mobile phone number with every order.

When you order at a venue through our system, we will pass on the order data (including your mobile phone number) to the venue, so that your order can be processed. 

We retain past order data as required for billing with the venue. 

Privacy

We use and store your data only for the purpose of this service. We will never sell your data or share it with third parties. 

We will disclose data to the authorities when ordered to do so by a court of law.

Special promotions

We may occasionally allow participating venues where you have ordered in the past to send you promotion messages in order to inform you about upcoming events or special discounts. These messages are  free and we will not send you more than one promotional message per week.

You can opt out of these special promotions at any time to stop receiving these messages.

Abuse

You are liable for anything that has been ordered from your mobile phone. This is irrespective of where you are at the time of the order. You need to pay for orders through your phone even if you are not present at the venue.

You must keep your mobile phone safe in order to prevent abuse by others.

Miscellaneous

We will confirm every successful order with a (free) reply text message. You agree to receive this confirmation message.
